Raffle Rules

2011 Official Raffle Rules:
These official rules govern the conduct of the raffles. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of CHILDRENS VOLUNTEER HEALTH NETWORK, INC (CVHN) which shall be final.

TICKET ORDERS: Tickets are $5.00 each. Special rates apply for 5 or more tickets purchased at once: 5 tickets for $20.00, 15 tickets for $50.00, or 30 tickets for $100.00. To receive these special rates, the transaction(s) must be made within a 24 hour period. Tickets may be purchased online beginning November 1, 2011 through 2:00pm Central Time Zone on November 25, 2011; on location in Rosemary Beach during hours of operation; and the Hidden Lantern Bookstore in Rosemary Beach. You may purchase as many tickets as you wish, subject to availability. To purchase tickets, visit www.cottagesforkids.org, or order by phone at (850) 622.3200. Tickets may not be purchased via voicemail. Make checks/money orders payable to CVHN. CVHN will reject any raffle ticket order if credit card payment is not honored or the check is rejected for any reason.

REFUNDS: All raffle ticket sales are final. Tickets may not be changed, sold or transferred by the purchasing party or anyone else. CVHN assumes no responsibility for lost, or any failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines. In no event shall CVHN, its directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives be liable to any party for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits, or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

PRIZE: Winners will be announced at 2:00pm Central Time on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at the East Long Green in Rosemary Beach, FL. Winner will be called by name and verified by matching the ticket with information in CVHN records including the ticket order form. You do not need to be present to win; however, ALL WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION OF THEIR COTTAGE FROM THE ROSEMARY BEACH EVENT SITE TO ITS FUTURE LOCATION. If any winner cannot be located after reasonable attempts to do so by CVHN, or if any winner is deemed ineligble or does not otherwise claim his or her prize by 5:00pm on Saturday, November 26 they have 30 calendar days following the drawing, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize. Cottage is not redeemable for cash.
